I’ve always been the girl looking towards the future—lost in my mind, daydreaming about what could be, what it would be like IF...not pausing to be present in what was. Well now the if is gone. The daydream has become reality. I don’t wonder about what or who I could be because I am too enamored with what IS. With her, I have become the person and live the life that only used to exist in my brain. That life is good and she is wonderful and my heart is happy.

I first moved to this country in 2000 and never in a million years thought my life would be where it is now. I fell in love with the most amazing person who turned out to be the only one who can calm this beast down and I never knew I was waiting for her until I met her. Now I have her and I cannot wait to start a new life, with a new name and even perhaps in a new country. Everything with this lady is an adventure - one that for the first time in my life I am not afraid to embark on.
